Solution 1: Install The Latest Ethernet Driver\/ Modem Driver<\/h3>\n

Phase 1: Identifying the Device<\/h4>\n

The driver should be the latest one at all times in order to make the best use of your device. The following steps show how to install the latest driver for the device which is used to connect to the Internet.<\/p>\n

  1. Connect either the router (with Ethernet<\/b> port) or the 3G<\/b> (HSPA<\/b>)\/4G<\/b> modem with the computer, and turn it on.

      Solution 2: Check The Firewall \/Proxy \/VPN<\/h3>\n

      Firewall<\/b>, Proxy<\/b>, VPN<\/b> can easily cause network connectivity issues, and therefore you need to always make sure they are functioning properly. Turn them off one after another, and check the network connectivity. If one of them isn\u2019t functioning properly, contact the Proxy<\/b>\/VPN<\/b>\/Firewall<\/b> company to sort out the issue.<\/p>\n

      Method 1: Try without the proxy<\/h4>\n

      1. Click the start<\/b> button.<\/li>\n
      2. Search for Change proxy settings<\/b>. Open it from the Search Results<\/b>.

      3. Now scroll down until you come across Manual proxy setup<\/b>. Disable it altogether or if there is a working proxy use it instead.\n

        1. Find the computer icon in the notification area which is located at the far right on the taskbar.
