Detailed instructions on deleting both these keys are given below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Press <b>Windows Key <\/b>+ <b>R<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Type <b>RegEdit <\/b>and click <b>OK<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Locate the following subkey:<br \/>\n<b>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Contro l\\Class\\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}<\/b><\/li>\n<li>In the right panel of the window, you\u2019ll find the <b>Upper Filters <\/b>string.<\/li>\n<li>Right-click it, choose <b>Delete<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Right-click<b> Lower Filters <\/b>string and choose <b>Delete<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Exit out of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Use Troubleshooter<\/h2>\n<p><b>Windows 10<\/b> comes with a preinstalled diagnostic utility that is designed to detect and resolve trivial issues like the one under discussion.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the <b>Search <\/b>Box on the <b>Taskbar<\/b>, type <b>Troubleshooting<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Troubleshooting <\/b>icon under the <b>Search Results<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>You have a new window. Click the <b>View All <\/b>link on the panel located on left side of your screen.<\/li>\n<li>Select <b>Windows Media Player DVD<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><b>Note:<\/b><\/em> If the problem still persists, try the <b>Hardware and Devices<\/b> option.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Reinstall DVD Drive Drivers<\/h2>\n<p>Use the\u00a0<b>Device Manager<\/b>\u00a0to gather the list of devices installed on your laptop\/ computer. Check whether the <b>DVD Drive<\/b> entry is greyed out.
