This occurs when you get to the point where you need to verify your Agent\u2019s identity using the laptop in the building. Sadly, when you try to do so, your character interacts with the laptop but the identity doesn\u2019t get verified. Although this guide is for PC platform only, this particular glitch exists on every platform and the fix works for all of them. You can check out the fix below.<\/p>\n

    1. Simply press the Escape<\/b> key.<\/li>\n
    2. From the menu, choose the option to log out<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    3. Once the game logs out, login<\/b> back.<\/li>\n
