It is important to disable faulty/ incompatible startups in order to troubleshoot Internal Power Error. After opening System Configuration by typing MSCONFIG command in Run dialog, limit the startups by checking “Safe Boot” checkbox in Boot tab and then restarting your PC. To begin with, you’ve two alternatives — download AMD Driver AutoDetect Utility to detect your computer’s configurations automatically and download supported drivers; or if you’re an advanced user, visit the Drivers & Download Center, specify your model number and download latest appropriate driver.

Do not run the setup file yet. Using Device Manager program in Windows 10 uninstall existing Display Driver with Driver Properties dialog box after expanding its node. After successfully uninstalling it, do reboot and remove following folders:

C:\\AMD\\

C:\\Program Files\\AMD\\

C:\\Program Files (x86)\\AMD\\

You must remove all leftover traces of the previous version completely which includes installation folders and Registry entries.
