Using Root Browser app provide required privileges.<\/p>\n<p>1. Unlock the phone.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tap Menu icon.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tap Play Store icon on upper right.<\/p>\n<p>4. In the Google Play Store app that opens, type \u201cRoot Browser\u201d in Search Box.<\/p>\n<p>5. Assign admin privileges to the app.<\/p>\n<p>6. Again, you\u2019ll find another sub folder with the same name- Data. Open that folder too.<\/p>\n<p>8. Now that you\u2019ve a list of different folders representing names of installed apps. Example: <i>com.supercell.appname<\/i><\/p>\n<p>9. Delete the folder named with the app which failed to download.<\/p>\n<p>10. Exit the app.<\/p>\n<p>11. Restart your smartphone and try installing the app again.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Clear App Data<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Delete the data stored by the malfunctioning app. The steps are given below:<\/p>\n<p>1. Tap Menu | Settings.<\/p>\n<p>2. Scroll down; tap Apps icon.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tap the name of the app in the list. If you couldn\u2019t find it, just tap All icon.<\/p>\n<p>4. Then you would have couple of options. Tap Clear Data button.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Reset your Phone<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The factory reset is a process of restoring back your phone settings to factory defaults. It also involves removing all apps installed, clearing-up apps data and cache, erasing everything that is stored on your phone\u2019s internal memory.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, you must backup your files to your PC or store them online using a cloud computing service. Make sure your contacts are synchronized online with a Gmail account so you won\u2019t lose them.<\/p>\n<p>1. Tap Menu | Settings.<\/p>\n<p>2. Scroll down the page.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tap Backup &amp; Reset.<\/p>\n<p>4. Tap Reset Phone option.<\/p>\n<p>5. A confirmation prompt will appear.
