Microsoft Power Automate is a business tool for automating various tasks. It helps businesses analyze data, create logical flows that perform specific actions without user intervention. For example: Businesses can open webpages, navigate through different links, extract specific data from webpages, and store it in Excel or CSV files.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can use the Power Automate tool to move your files from OneDrive for Business to OneDrive<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Visit the Microsoft Power Automate.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Sign-in to your account.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click the Create button, and select \u201cAutomated Flow\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. In the Trigger App, select \u201cOneDrive for Business\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select the trigger to \u201cWhen a file is created or modified (properties only)\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select the folder you want to monitor for changes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click on the Add button (plus sign).<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Select OneDrive.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Set the Action to \u201cCreate file\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Now, sign-in to the OneDrive account where you want to move your files.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Select the destination folder where you want to move your files.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Save the flow.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Method 2: Using Easy Cloud Manager<\/b><\/p>\n

    If you\u2019re a beginner with limited experience in automation, Microsoft Power Automate can be complex. The better alternative is a Web-based tool Easy Cloud Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Easy Cloud Manager<\/a> provides an easy and beginner-friendly interface. Once you add your cloud accounts, you can move files from one account to another by browsing through your folders.<\/span><\/p>\n

    ECM does not need any download or installation. It encrypts your data in transit to prevent Man-in-the-Middle-Attacks. It generates secure tokens to get temporary access to your cloud files. You can revoke the file access permissions later, if you need.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6. Sign-in to your OneDrive account, and provide the file access privileges.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Click on Operations > Data Transfer.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Click on Select Source<\/li>\n
    9. Set your OneDrive for Business account as the source account.<\/span><\/li>\n
    10. Click on Select Target.<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. Set your OneDrive as the target account.<\/li>\n
    12. Select the folders in your source drive you want to transfer.<\/span><\/li>\n
    13. Select a destination folder from the target drive.<\/span><\/li>\n
