The first plan \u2014 the free trial \u2014 offers a limited 2 GB of cloud storage. The paid plans start from 2 TB upto 5000 GB. There are multiple ways to remove the locally stored copies of your files. This will help you free-up storage and you can make room for new files.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Method 1: Use Selective Sync<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most straightforward solution is to deselect the folders from syncing. This will remove the locally stored copies of your Dropbox files and your online files will no longer be available on the computer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Windows<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the Dropbox icon on the taskbar.
