Tap \u201cClear cache\u201d button under \u201cCache\u201d category.<\/li>\n<li>Tap \u201cClear defaults\u201d button under \u201cLaunch by default\u201d category.<\/li>\n<li>Exit the page.<\/li>\n<li>Long press the Power key.<\/li>\n<li>Tap Restart.<\/li>\n<li>Your smartphone will turn off and turn on itself automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Integrate Different Google Account<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The user account integrated with Google apps may have problems. Tap that email id.<\/li>\n<li>Tap Menu icon in the top right corner, tap Remove option.<\/li>\n<li>Exit the page.<\/li>\n<li>Restart your smartphone. (Refer Steps # 8-10 from <i>Clear Google App Cache<\/i>).<\/li>\n<li>Refer to steps # 1-3 again.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate a different Google account. Do not use the same old account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Configure Access Point Names<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Configure Access Point Names<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Settings page. (Refer Steps # 1-2 from <i>Ensure Adequate Internet Strength<\/i>).<\/li>\n<li>Tap Mobile Data.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the name of the active slot. For example Slot 1 network, Slot 2 network.<\/li>\n<li>Tap Access Point Names.<\/li>\n<li>Set-up the APNs properly.
