Unblock from Firewall

Temporarily turn off the Windows Firewall or any other third party Firewall software installed on your laptop. There may be security conflicts with your game files.

Type in “Windows Firewall with advanced security” in the Search Box of your Start Screen; select Properties after right-clicking the top node in the left panel. Set the Firewall state to “Off” for Domain Profile, Private Profile and Public Profile tabs. Click Apply, and then OK.
