X posts from one month or one year can be removed in bulk. X itself has no date button that deletes them for you. Easy Tweet Deleter lists the posts you import, narrows them with a date range or an “older than” cutoff, and deletes the ones you select. A delete on X is permanent.
Delete tweets from one month or one year
Sign in with X. The site does not ask for your X password. The first screen stays locked until you import an archive or the recent posts. Open Tweets after that import finishes.
A month or a year is a date range. Set the start to the first day and the end to the last day. Older than is the other date control: enter a number of days, and the list keeps posts past that age. Words in the post need at least three characters. A hashtag is typed without the #. Type can be tweets, replies, reposts, or quotes. Read the filtered list, then delete the rows you selected or the whole filtered set.
When that year is older than the recent posts
A live import from X, after you unlock it, brings about the last 3,200 posts and 800 likes. A recent month is often inside that window. A year from a long account is not. Those older dates are in the archive you download from X.
On X, open Settings and privacy, then Your account, then Download an archive of your data. Request the file and download the ZIP when X says it is ready. Uploading that ZIP is what puts the older months on the list. The download itself deletes nothing. The raw file is removed after it is read. The imported rows stay in the dashboard until you clear them.
What the delete does
You confirm, and the app deletes those posts through X’s API. It sends about 50, waits about 15 minutes, and continues. One tweet-deletion job runs at a time, so a long year is a queue. Each delete spends a balance that starts at zero. This page does not quote a price.
Likes are a separate list. Unliking removes your like. It does not delete the other person’s post. The date filter does not run on a schedule, and it does not delete direct messages. A deleted post cannot be restored here. A screenshot, a quote, or a search result can still show the words.
