Clean the Installation Disc

Our first thought may be to clean the installation disc. The disc you're using to install the program may have too much debris/ dust. Use a soft cloth, air compressor or cotton swab to safely clean the disc.

Temporarily Disable Antivirus Security

The real-time feature of your Antivirus program scans for patterns of data such as signatures, suspicious codes on hard disk, USB flash drive and DVD ROM. It scans for anything that looks like a virus and specific file behaviours.

Any attempt to make changes to your computer settings, say for an example, changing the browser home page, are often considered suspicious and are blocked. Thus it's important to temporarily disable your antivirus program and then re-run the setup.

You'll find your antivirus' icon on the system tray of your Taskbar. Right click that icon, select 'Disable'.
